Friendly and Helpful
The people here were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I bought a house that came with a hot tub, but I had ZERO experience in maintaining one. They not only walked me through what to do on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis, but didn’t try to push a lot of unnecessary merchandise on me.
